Kevin Hilden

Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer and a Partner in the New York office. He leads and manages the intersection of operations, technology and human capital. Kevin is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.

Kevin has more than twenty-eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kevin was Chief Operating Officer at several global investment banks. Most recently, Kevin was Americas Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate and Investment Banking Division at Deutsche Bank. In this role, he was responsible for all business management and control functions for the division.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Kevin was the Global Chief Operating Officer for Barclay’s Capital Prime Financing Division. Prior to Barclay’s acquisition of Lehman Brothers, Kevin was Global Chief Administration Officer and Head of Client Strategy for the distribution of Fixed Income products. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Kevin was responsible for managing infrastructure partners and driving strategic transformation initiatives at several leading Asset Management and Wealth Management companies.
