Kachina Heil, SHRM-CP

Kachina is a Principal in the Santa Barbara office and is responsible for providing integration services.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kachina served as Director of HR and Operations at West Coast Financial and helped build the team and maintain a healthy culture. Prior to that, she was General Manager/Controller at MedBridge Development managing daily operations and staff at multiple surgery centers.

In her spare time, Kachina enjoys running on the beach, horseback riding, wine tasting, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
