Biography

Kathy is a Principal with the Cerity Partners Ventures team, focusing on early and late stage investments in digital health and tech-enabled healthcare services.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kathy was a Senior Associate at Touchdown Ventures, a pioneer of the “venture capital as a service” model that merged with Cerity Partners in 2024. Before entering the world of venture capital, Kathy was a consultant at ZS Associates, where she worked with large pharma companies to define pricing strategies and market access expectations for commercial success. She began her career as an early employee at a healthcare tech startup in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Education

  • BA in Economics from the University of Michigan

Highlights

  • Helped launch Build in SE, a collaborative network of founders, funders, and ecosystem supporters who build in the Southeast
  • Previously selected for the Venture for America fellowship, a 2-year program for recent graduates who want to drive entrepreneurial impact by joining a startup in an emerging US city
  • Member of the inaugural D1 Women's Lacrosse team at the University of Michigan
