Jim is a Principal in the Louisville office, where he advises clients on retirement plans. He is responsible for creating an experience that will lead to engagement by participants and result in improved plan health and personal financial wellness.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Jim served as a Senior Retirement Plan Advisor at ARGI Financial Group, where he helped companies enhance their retirement plan offerings. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist with children who had special needs. It was in this role where he cultivated his passion for creating and implementing plans for people that could change their lives.

As a father of two young boys, Jim’s main interest is creating memories with his family. His personal hobby is competing in triathlons, with his greatest accomplishment completing a Full Ironman in 2022.
