Cerity Partners Enters Minnesota Market Through Merger with Echo Wealth Management

Cerity Partners, a leading independent wealth management and investment advisory firm, today announced that it has merged with Echo Wealth Management, based in the Minneapolis metropolitan area. The partnership marks an exciting milestone with Cerity Partners’ entry into the Minneapolis market, enhancing the firm’s ability to develop and serve clients across the country. The combined firms operate under the Cerity Partners name.

Founded in 2015 by Echo Huang, Echo Wealth Management is a boutique, independent firm built on the belief that clients come first. With roots in tax planning and a passion for holistic strategy, the firm integrates tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning into a single, clear path for clients, guided by a fiduciary duty. The firm will contribute approximately $337 million in assets under management to Cerity Partners.
