Biography
Madeline Serpico’s most recent role was Global Chief Client Experience Officer for Aon and she served as a member of Aon’s Executive Leadership Team. At the heart of her responsibilities, she led global teams with responsibility for managing the firm’s relationship with its largest and most complex clients across all geographies. Previous roles include Chief Client Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Aon’s multinational clients, Retail Industry Vertical Leader, Strategic Account Manager, and Marketing Director. In each role, her commitment to fostering a work environment that enables colleagues to reach their full potential exemplifies her standard of excellence and serves as a catalyst for positive personal and team performance.
Over her 33-year career, Lynn developed a deep expertise in value creation for clients and has built a reputation for excellence in global consulting, operational efficiency, and innovative strategic thinking with the highest level of integrity and commitment to enhance client business results. Prior to joining Aon, Ms. Serpico held a variety of positions at Marsh, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chubb and Travelers. These roles included underwriting, brokerage, consulting, and client relationship management.
Ms. Serpico holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
