Jill Smart

Jill Smart serves as President of the National Academy of Human Resources and has more than 33 years of global executive leadership experience. She served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Accenture Plc where she had overall responsibility for global personnel management and capability development of Accenture. Ms. Smart serves as Director of the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, Director at Alexander Mann Solutions, Independent Director of EPAM Systems, Inc., Trustee on the board of the Accenture Foundation, Fellow and Director of the National Academy of Human Resources, Director of the HR Policy Association, member of the Executive Committee of the Personnel Roundtable, Trustee at Goodman Theatre, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois. She is a member of HR50, the RBL Institute, and was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago.
