Biography

Thomas Leppert served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kaplan, Inc., the Chief Executive Officer of The Turner Corporation, and has over 30 years of leadership experience in both the private and public sectors, spanning a variety of roles including corporate CEO and elected political official. From 2007 to 2011, he served as the mayor of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Leppert serves on the Executive Committee of Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce. He was a Principal at McKinsey & Co., and also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Castle & Cooke Hawaii and Castle & Cooke Properties Inc.
