David is the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer and a Partner based in our San Francisco office. David is an experienced entrepreneur, full-stack marketing geek, creative, and designer. He is currently obsessed with the digitization of trust at scale, the neuropsychological determinants of managing personal wealth, and systems design. David is a community builder who thrives on human connection. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Cerity Partners, David was a Partner at B|O|S where he led all growth activities for the firm including functional areas of marketing, experiential design, and business development. He was also the host of the B|O|S Perspectives Podcast. David’s experience in professional services marketing spans the length of his professional career, serving on the private client teams at Clifford Chance US LLP and later Morrison & Foerster LLP as well as operating his own marketing agency in New York.
