Biography
Diana Cantor is a Partner at Alternative Investment Management, LLC. She also serves as a Senior Adviser with AKF Consulting Group, focusing on the areas of governance, fiduciary duties and oversight of state-run investment programs.
Ms. Cantor formerly served as a Managing Director of New York Private Bank & Trust, Vice President at Goldman Sachs, the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Virginia College Savings Plan, and practiced law at Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter). Ms. Cantor is currently a director of Domino’s Pizza, Inc., Universal Corporation, VICI Properties, Inc., Mauser Packaging Solutions, Strongpoint Partners and the VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University) Health System Authority. She is a past director of Revlon, Inc., Media General, Inc., The Edelman Financial Group Inc., Adore Me, Knowledge Universe, Service King Collision Centers, Vistage International, and a Past Chairman of the Board of the Virginia Retirement System.
Ms. Cantor is a Board Member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and a Chair Emeritus of 100 Women in Finance. She is a CPA and member of the State Bar in Virginia, Florida, and New York.
