Biography
Lynn Serpico is a purpose driven executive leader and board advisor with over three decades of experience guiding global enterprise strategy, client engagement, and risk management. Known for her deep experience in enterprise risk oversight, customer value creation, and operational resilience, Lynn helps multinational companies strengthen brand trust while supporting sustainable growth across diverse industries and geographies.
Currently, Lynn serves as a Marsh Client Partner for Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. In this role she leads global teams with responsibility for managing the firm’s relationship with its largest and most complex clients across all disciplines and geographies. Prior to Marsh, Lynn spent 17 years with Aon plc and held several leadership roles including Global Chief Client Experience Officer, Chief Client Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Aon’s multinational clients, Retail Industry Vertical Leader, and Strategic Account Manager. In each role, her commitment to fostering a work environment that enables colleagues to reach their full potential exemplifies her standard of excellence and serves as a catalyst for positive personal and team performance.
Over her 35-year career, Lynn has developed extensive experience in value creation for clients and has built a strong reputation in global consulting, operational efficiency, and innovative strategic thinking with a high level of integrity and commitment to enhance client business results. Earlier in her career Ms. Serpico held a variety of positions at Marsh, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chubb and Travelers. These roles included underwriting, brokerage, consulting, and client relationship management.
Ms. Serpico holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
