Madeline Serpico

Madeline Serpico is the US Chief Executive Officer of Multinational Clients for Aon plc. She joined Aon in 2008 with the primary focus of developing, growing and retaining relationships with multinational, complex clients across all Aon disciplines. In her current role she focuses on the global risk, health, talent and retirement strategies for the Fortune 1000 segment to empower clients to grow their business. Ms. Serpico serves as a member of the US Retail Executive Committee and Aon’s Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Prior to joining Aon, Ms. Serpico held a variety of positions at Marsh, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chubb and Travelers. These roles included underwriting, brokerage, public accounting, consulting and client relationship management.

Ms. Serpico holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
