Jill Smart

Jill Smart has more than 43 years of global executive leadership experience. Jill spent over 33 years at Accenture with 23 years as a consultant and ten years as the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She was the President of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) for ten years and is now President Emeritus.

In addition to serving on Cerity Partners board, Ms. Smart serves as a a Director of EPAM Systems, Inc., Word Kinect and AlixPartners, She is a Fellow and Director of the National Academy of Human Resources, a trustee at The Goodman Theater and a member of the University of Illinois Athletic Advisory Board. She has previously been a Director at Alexander Mann Solutions and HireRight, and has been a Trustee at the University of Illinois.

She is a member of HR50, the RBL Institute, and was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago.
