Joe is a Partner on the Partner Development team based in our Louisville office, with nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry. He has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families achieve financial success. His experience spans wealth management, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning, empowering clients to grow and preserve their wealth.

Driven by a passion for the industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact, Joe founded ARGI Financial Group, where he served as CEO before joining Cerity Partners. Under his leadership, ARGI became a comprehensive financial services firm, offering strategic financial planning and a wide array of services. He spearheaded the firm’s growth by building a culture of integrity, prioritizing clients, and fostering a team aligned with the firm’s values.

Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), where he connects with other business leaders to share insights and experiences. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at Bellarmine University, contributing to the advancement of higher education. His dedication to his community extends to his faith, as he is actively involved with Christ’s Church in Louisville, reflecting his commitment to service and personal growth.
