Rashelle Salimi

Rashelle is a Partner and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team based in the New York office. Working in Central Solutions, she serves as an extension of the client facing teams, leveraging the expertise, knowledge and scale of our practice areas to deliver enhanced or extended services to clients, and new bespoke solutions beyond our core services. Rashelle has over 17 years of experience in financial services.

Rashelle Started her career at Bloomberg, where she built teams of specialized support and sales for Foreign Exchange electronic trading. This foundation of technology and capital markets remains a consistent theme throughout her career. Rashelle has run regional electronic Foreign Exchange books of business, where she was responsible for the growth of client businesses across banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and corporations. She is deeply passionate about providing a best-in-class client experience and has held leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Citadel Securities and Addepar.
