Neil Quinlan , CFP®, PMP®

Neil Quinlan is a Partner and the Head of Operations at Cerity Partners. With an extensive background spanning over 18 years in the industry, Neil specializes in working with corporate executives, effectively navigating the intricate landscape of benefits and seamlessly integrating them into the financial goals of their families. He is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.

Notably, Neil has showcased exceptional leadership skills throughout his career. He served as the President of ARGI (now the MidWest Market), where he played a pivotal role in its remarkable growth. Over his six-year tenure, he successfully expanded the firm’s workforce from 100 to 275 colleagues and significantly increased assets under management from $2 billion to $5 billion. Neil’s implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) facilitated organizational development and fostered long-term goal setting.

Beyond his professional achievements, Neil actively engages in community service. He generously volunteers his time for organizations such as Dogs Helping Heroes and St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Neil has also held board positions, including the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority and the Young Professionals Organization (YPO) Bluegrass Chapter.

Neil Quinlan holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from James Madison University. Prior to entering the Financial Profession, he proudly served nearly 10 years in the US Army, culminating his military career as a Special Forces Officer.
