Adam Hills

Adam is the Chief Revenue Officer of Cerity Partners.  He is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.  Adam oversees all areas of growth strategy, practice management, business development and marketing, in addition to spearheading the expansion of strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Adam was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was Head of Corporate Growth, Strategy and Partnerships in the Consumer and Wealth Management Division.  In this role, he was responsible for institutional growth, market strategy, key institutional relationships and partnership development, as well as the Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management National Advisor Team.  Before that, he was co-head of the Ayco Financial Wellness business, head of Enterprise Relationship Management, Product Strategy and Brand Strategy, driving firm initiatives and growth.

Adam began his career practicing law at Holland & Knight LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and later as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs.
