Biography
Matt is a Partner in the Louisville office. He works in the investment office to develop and implement strategies, perform internal research, manage investment relationships, and provide general investment support to advisors and clients. Matt is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Matt served as the Director of Investment Operations and served on the Investment Committee for ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, he worked as an analyst in investment banking, producing research on steel and iron ore companies.
Matt lives in Louisville Kentucky with his wife, Cathleen, and his two kids, Cooper and Rory. In his free time, he likes to golf, play volleyball, and follow Cleveland & Ohio State sport teams.

- B.A. in Finance from Ohio State University
- B.S. in Marketing from Ohio State University
- Traveled to MIT to obtain an executive education course certification on innovation, consistently finding new and improved ways to innovate within the workplace
