Biography

Michael is the Director of Tax Services and a Partner in the Louisville office. He has over 16 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, specializing in the leadership and management of tax departments working almost exclusively with high-net-worth individuals. Michael is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Michael served as the Vice President of the Business Division with ARGI Financial Group, where he was also a board member and strategic member of the senior leadership team. Additionally, Michael was the Managing Partner of ARGI CPAs & Advisors, PLLC, a public accounting firm specializing in tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services.

  • B.S. in Accounting from Western Kentucky University
