Biography
Eric is a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Cerity Partners Ventures, which helps leading corporations establish and manage corporate venture capital programs. Eric joined Cerity Partners as part of the merger with Touchdown Ventures.
At Touchdown, Eric led multiple funds, co-led its analyst program, and was a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Touchdown Ventures in 2016, Eric’s career spanned management consulting at McKinsey, a decade of business development and product management roles for venture backed start-ups, and 15 years as an executive responsible for innovation and new businesses at the two largest cable companies in the world, Comcast and Liberty Global.
Eric lives in Wynnewood, PA with his wife as a quasi-empty nester. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, exploring new foods, beer, watching the Phillies, and rooting for Michigan football.

Education
- B.A. in psychology and economics from The University of Michigan
- M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business
Highlights
- Helped found and manage venture capital programs with Allegion, Masco, Colorcon, and Circle K, among other corporate partners
- Co-founded a top 10 e-commerce company, more.com, which filed to go public in 2000
- Built business plan and incubated Comcast’s home security service, xfinity Home, now a multi-billion dollar business
- Spent 4 years living in Amsterdam, responsible for innovation and product strategy for the largest cable company in Europe
- Co-founded Full Circle Fund, a venture philanthropy group that has raised over $20M for Bay Area organizations focused on innovative solutions to the digital divide, affordable housing, and education
- Serves on the board of Partners for Justice, which helps economically challenged individuals navigate the legal system for better outcomes
