Biography

Eileen is a Senior Associate on the Quality Training & Development team, based in the Philadelphia office.

She oversees Cerity Partners University (CPU) training programs that drive performance and support business priorities, while supporting broader strategic initiatives across the firm.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Eileen led learning and development initiatives at Touchdown Ventures, a pioneer of the “venture capital as a service” model. She previously spent over nine years in the continued learning industry, most notably at Wharton Executive Education.
