Biography
David is a Partner and co-leads the Cerity Partners Ventures practice.
Prior to joining Cerity Partners, David co-founded Touchdown Ventures, which pioneered “venture capital as a service” by partnering with leading corporations to manage their venture capital programs. This unique model supports corporate innovation efforts by focusing on strategic benefits and financial returns, enabling collaboration between corporates and start-ups.
David began his venture and corporate venture career in 2000 as one of the founding team members of Comcast Ventures, the venture capital arm of Comcast Corporation. At Comcast Ventures, David led investments in digital media, advertising technology, digital home, education, and financial technology. David also was a founder and a partner at Genacast Ventures, a seed stage venture capital fund backed by Comcast Ventures. David career began as an investment banker at Bear Stearns.
