Robert Jeffers

Robert is a Partner in the Boston Office.  He is the Head of Billing and Revenue Operations at Cerity Partners and is responsible for efficient, accurate calculation, invoicing and reporting of revenue. Robert is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry, Robert has a strong background in wealth management, operations, and human resources. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Fiduciary Trust Company for over seven years, where he managed organizational development and project management initiatives. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at both State Street Bank and Deutsche Bank, focusing on wealth management services and overseeing global HR operations. Additionally, he has contributed to nonprofit work, including serving as President of the Board of Directors at Jersey Cares and Boston Cares, a nonprofit organization connecting volunteers with groups in need.

In his spare time, Robert is an avid ultra runner, having completed several 50Ks, 50 milers, and even a 100 miler. Running long distances allows him to challenge myself both physically and mentally. When not on the trails, Robert enjoys relaxing by listening to my extensive vinyl record collection, which spans various genres and eras.
