Kevin Hilden

Kevin is President of Cerity Partners and is located in the New York office. In this role, he oversees the intersection of firmwide operational and shared services with the development of the firm’s advisory practices. This includes Cerity Partners University, the firm’s talent development program. Kevin also provides executive coaching and guidance to leaders across the firm.  Prior to his current role, Kevin served as Chief Operating Officer of Cerity Partners for seven years, overseeing the firm’s shared service and operations functions,

Kevin brings over thirty-five years of operational and leadership experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Cerity Partners, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at several global investment banks. At Deutsche Bank, Kevin served as Americas Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate and Investment Banking Division, overseeing all business management and control functions. Prior to this, he was the Global Chief Operating Officer for Barclay’s Capital Prime Financing Division. Following Barclay’s acquisition of Lehman Brothers, Kevin became Global Chief Administration Officer and Head of Client Strategy for Fixed Income product distribution. Earlier in his career, he managed infrastructure partners and led strategic transformation initiatives at various prominent Asset Management and Wealth Management firms.
