Biography

Mike is a Partner within the Cerity Partners Ventures practice, focusing on early and growth-stage companies within the world of enterprise SaaS and AI.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Mike was a Managing Director at Touchdown Ventures, a pioneer of the “venture capital as a service” model that merged with Cerity Partners in 2024. Mike brings over a decade of experience across investment banking, private equity, and venture capital. He began his career at Citibank in the Industrials & Transportation group, where he advised major corporations, such as American Airlines and JetBlue, on a variety of high-profile transactions. After Citibank, Mike joined Sixpoint Partners, a boutique private capital advisory firm, where he turned his focus to advising and managing private equity transactions in the lower middle market.

  • MBA from UC Berkeley's Hass School of Business
  • BS in Business Management from Boston College's Carroll School of Management with a concentration in Finance
