Taylor Crimmins

Taylor is an Associate on the Cerity Partners Venture team in New York. She is a member of the healthcare practice, focusing on investments in leading medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health innovations.

Before joining Cerity Partners Venture, Taylor spent three years at L.E.K. Consulting, where she specialized in the MedTech practice. She led expert interviews and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making for healthcare clients. During her time at L.E.K., she also founded and led the Wellness Committee, coordinating programming and resources to promote mental health and employee wellbeing across the firm.

In her spare time, Taylor enjoys running, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and volunteering for HERhealthEQ, a non-profit which provides critical medical equipment to women in low and middle-income countries.
