Biography

Jeramie is a Principal in the Louisville office and leads the Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving top level talent to all our Cerity Partner offices. Jeramie has deep experience in building highly effective teams, driving talent acquisition processes, full cycle recruiting, and coaching.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Jeramie served as the Director of Talent Acquisition in the healthcare technology space for the last 11 years. He has worked in recruiting for multiple companies over the course of 20+ years including owning his own small firm.

  • B.S in Finance from Georgetown College
