Biography

Christie Ballenger is a Business Analyst and Project Manager on the Technology team, providing technology project management, enterprise platform administration, and operational and vendor management She leads some of the firm’s largest platform initiatives; including a firmwide unstructured data management deployment, AI enablement strategy and deployment, and enterprise collaboration platform governance. She operates cross-functionally across the Client and Corporate Services and Leadership teams.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Christie served as the IT Support Manager at ARGI Financial Group for five years. Before ARGI, she spent twenty years on data and technology teams in higher educational institutions such as the University of Louisville, progressing through roles such as Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Support Manager, and System Administrator.

  • B.S. in Telecommunications Systems Management from Murray State University
