Rebecca LaPlant

Rebecca is a Senior Associate and Head of Facilities Management for Cerity Partners. With 12+ years of experience, she oversees facilities operations across the firm’s offices, including space planning, office vendor management, and workplace standards, with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality across every location.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Rebecca managed the offices of NEX Services N.A. LLC at 4 Times Square with over 420 employees and an additional 177 employees at a satellite location. Her unique blend of leadership, vision, and experience in various business sectors, means Rebecca uses her advanced administrative skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the office. Rebecca started her career as a receptionist. While at ASA College, she worked for SEB Banken, a Nordic financial service company, as an office administrator.
