Biography

Javier is a Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Javier served as Vice President of Operations at Covington Capital Management. There he supported their Chief Compliance Officer on all compliance issues, reporting and reviews. He also resolved any operational and account administration issues that arose. Javier joined Covington in 2016 from Wilmington Trust. Previously, he was manager of portfolio management account administration and operations at U.S. Trust.  Javier brings more than 30 years of experience in the investment management industry.

Javier is passionate about bible study, church life and his family.
