Leah is a Senior Associate in the Louisville office. She focuses on talent development, including professional development, performance management, succession, and compensation planning.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Leah served as a Workforce Development Specialist at ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, she spent 25 years in various trainer roles, including five years in the financial services industry.
