Biography

Lauren is a Principal and Senior Human Capital Business Partner, based in the Louisville office. She is a member of the firm’s Human Capital team serving as a strategic advisor to practice leaders, connecting human capital strategies with organizational priorities to drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. Lauren previously served as Director of Talent Development for Cerity Partners, leading initiatives focused on performance management, colleague engagement and development, helping to strengthen a high-performance, value-driven culture across the firm.

Prior to Cerity Partners, Lauren was the Director of Human Resources at ARGI Financial Group, where she guided the firm’s people strategy through a period of growth and transformation. Under her leadership, ARGI was recognized by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce & Best Companies Group as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky and by Louisville Business First as a Best in HR company. Earlier in her career, Lauren held human resources roles within the healthcare technology and business management consulting industries.

In her spare time, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking and reading.

Education

  • B.A. in Psychology from Western Kentucky University
  • M.S. in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University
