Biography

Lauren is a Principal in the Louisville office. She leads a team responsible for driving colleague performance and engagement. In her role, Lauren provides strategic consultation, analysis and assessment related to human capital for the enterprise at large and in connection with mergers.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Lauren served as the Director of Human Resources for ARGI Financial Group, guiding the firm’s human resource strategy and operations. During her tenure, ARGI was recognized by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce & Best Companies Group for its people-first culture as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky, and by Louisville Business First as a Best in HR company. Before ARGI, Lauren held various roles in human resources within the healthcare technology and business management consulting industries.

Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cooking.

Education

  • B.A. in Psychology from Western Kentucky University
  • M.S. in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University
