Biography

Courtney is a Senior Associate in the Louisville office. She is responsible for developing and executing employee engagement, relations, and communications initiatives that promote a positive employee experience.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Courtney served as an Employee Engagement Manager at ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, she worked at several higher education institutions helping students with financial aid and admissions and overseeing community engagement.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys hiking, exploring new places with her husband and two Mini Aussies, and playing board games.

  • B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York College at Geneseo
  • M.A. in Higher Education Administration from State University of New York College at Buffalo
