Caroline is a Senior Associate in the Louisville, KY office. She is a member of the Human Capital team responsible for recruiting top talent for the organization.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Caroline amassed a wealth of experience in talent acquisition across diverse industries, including hospitality, technology, and finance. With a nine-year foundation in talent acquisition, she possesses an in-depth understanding of recruitment processes and strategies spanning various sectors.

Outside of the recruitment sphere, a significant chapter of Caroline’s career was spent in academia as an adjunct faculty member. She played a pivotal role in career development departments at colleges and universities, providing valuable assistance to students with internship guidance, resume building, mock interviews, and overall career advice. The satisfaction derived from witnessing the growth and success of these individuals fueled her commitment to shaping professionals in her current role. Her experience also sharpened her communication skills and deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by emerging professionals in today’s competitive landscape.

During her downtime, Caroline enjoys the company of her teenage son, close-knit family, and friends. Together with her son, they uphold a tradition of attending opening weekends to catch the latest films in theaters. Beyond these family moments, Caroline explores her comedic side, engaging in stand-up comedy during her leisure hours.
