Biography

Jessica is a Senior Associate Salesforce Administrator for Cerity Partners’ Client and Corporate Services team, based remotely in West Hartford, CT. Jessica has over 15 years of customer service management experience that she transfers into her work with Salesforce where she specializes in end user support and training as well as improving and streamlining internal business operations.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Jessica worked for Insider Intelligence as a Salesforce Administrator where she oversaw the design and implementation of Salesforce features and functionality, played a key role in projects involving analysis, configuration, development, integration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, and provided system administration support for hundreds of end users.
