Carmen is a Principal in the New York office with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services industry. She has developed extensive expertise in driving strategic and operational excellence within complex, multi-regional environments.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Carmen served as a Director at Deutsche Bank, where she led the Americas Wealth Management Operations and spearheaded front-to-back optimization and transformation initiatives to enhance the client experience. During her tenure at Deutsche Bank, she held various roles focused on service management, vendor governance, program management, and third-party risk management.

  • Bachelor of Science in International Business, with a minor in Economics
