Alia Wagenhoffer , CFP®

Alia Wagenhoffer is a Partner and Director of Business Integration, leading newly merged teams through the entirety of the integration process. Her role requires collaboration across workstreams, change management, and consistent communication to help transitioning teams experience a successful and complete integration into the Cerity Partners ecosystem. She leverages her deep background in the financial planning industry as well as her experience working with clients to understand the business need and application for all integration-related activities.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Alia was Head of Advisory Technology at Wealthspire Advisors where she oversaw all wealth management-specific technology and was responsible for the strategic vision and implementation of all software and technology applications for the firm. In this role, Alia also managed and executed the successful integration of all firms acquired by Wealthspire, transitioning teams into the full technology environment, including complete historical data migrations and mapping business processes for each system.

Alia shifted into the technology specific role at Wealthspire after starting her career as a financial advisor, passionate about client service and financial planning, always with a keen interest in using technology to create efficiencies that could streamline operations and elevate the advisor/client experience.

In her spare time, Alia loves to travel, averaging three international trips per year, is an avid reader of fiction novels, and is a connoisseur of great food and new restaurants.
