Biography

Diana is a Principal in the Denver office, leading the Human Capital function within the Cerity Partners OCIO business.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Diana was an Executive Director and led the Human Resources function at Agility. She was responsible for designing and leading the human capital strategies to achieve short and long-term business goals. Before Agility, Diana was the Vice President of HR at TIAA. She led a cross functional HR team and advised on all aspects of organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, and compensation.

Diana lives in Denver and enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, Theodore and Finley.

Education

  • MBA from the University of Phoenix
  • B.S. in Psychology from the University of Arizona
