Biography

As a Principal at Cerity Partners, Maggie is responsible for optimizing and overseeing organizational systems, processes, and workflows to help ensure operational efficiency within the practice. She leads system improvements, manages key projects, mentors the team, and supports strategic initiatives to help enhance overall operational capabilities. She also heads the Client Services department for the practice, overseeing the training, development, and day-to-day management of the team.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Maggie spent over 10 years at West Coast Financial where she served as the Director of Client Services.

In her spare time, Maggie enjoys camping, hiking and reading with her husband and son. Maggie is a voracious reader and always appreciates a good book recommendation!
