Michelle Papa

Michelle Papa is is the Head of Business Partnerships and Senior Principal in the New Jersey/New York offices. She is part of the firm’s Human Capital team leading the HC Business Partnerships function driving strategic alignment between business priorities and colleagues to enable organizational performance, talent growth and culture.

Michelle is a strategic global HR executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning Fortune 1000 companies and investor-backed firms. She is recognized for driving operational excellence, scaling infrastructure, and leading complex, multi-region integrations across all facets of Human Resources. Michelle previously served as SVP of Global HR at Atlas Technology Solutions, an industry leading Employer of Record, overseeing HR service advisory and delivery across 120+ countries.

Earlier in her career Michelle has held other key positions at Societe Generale, a European leader in financial services as VP of Operations and Data Analytics, Firmenich the largest privately owned Flavors & Fragrance Company as Director of HR & Mobility, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers which provided a solid foundation in consulting, mobility governance, and HR policy innovation across complex multinational environments.
