Arlene James

Arlene is a Principal in the Boston office. As a member of the Client and Corporate Services team, she is responsible for helping support overall operational processes of the firm.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Arlene was an Operations Manager at Daintree Advisors. She was responsible for managing the client onboarding process, which included coordinating all aspects of a client’s transition to Daintree, quarterly reporting, and data integrity. Previously, Arlene worked in Client Service at Bank of America – US Trust.
