Biography

Rebecca is a Salesforce Support Associate based in Wisconsin, working remotely with the Shared Services IT team. She supports colleagues in effectively navigating and maximizing the value of the firm’s Salesforce platform.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Rebecca worked in healthcare administration at UW Health and ran her own small business providing perinatal support services. Along the way, she earned her Salesforce Administrator certification and discovered her enthusiasm for building solutions that simplify workflows and improve user experiences.

When she is not in Salesforce, Rebecca can be found training for her next long run, planning her next travel adventure, browsing the library’s latest selections, or piecing together stained-glass art.
