Kristen Potter

Kristen is a Principal in the Virginia office.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kristen was the Chief Operating Officer at Palladium Partners LLC where she directed policy development, oversaw the implementation of firm objectives and managed all aspects of Human Resources. She worked for another registered investment advisor prior to joining Palladium Partners LLC; beginning as an Account Administrator and growing into a management position. Kristen worked for many years in the Human Services arena before moving to Virginia in 1999.
