Biography

Molly is a Principal in the Denver office and Senior Legal Counsel for Cerity Partners.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Molly worked in a similar role as an Executive Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Agility. Before that, she was the Chief Compliance Officer at Resource Capital Funds where she oversaw the firm’s compliance department. Before RCF, Molly held several legal and compliance roles in the investment management industry, including as a Compliance Manager at Independence Capital Assets Partners and Compliance Officer at Bain Capital.
