Biography

Caroline Koenig is an Associate on the Workplace Solutions team at Cerity Partners. She supports corporate relationships by managing financial wellness initiatives, streamlining program operations, and gathering and analyzing key data to support business development. With strong organizational and analytical skills, she helps optimize program efficiency and enhance engagement.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Caroline worked at ARGI Financial Group as the Personal Planning Tax Team’s Client-Facing Administrative Coordinator. In this role, she developed expertise in client service, data management, and project coordination, building a strong foundation in financial operations and relationship management.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts Administration from University of Kentucky
