Biography

Nicole is a Principal and Counsel in the legal department, based in the firm’s Park Avenue New York office. Nicole is responsible for managing general legal matters related to the organization.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Nicole served as Special Counsel & Director of Knowledge Management at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Nicole previously practiced in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Restructuring. Prior to entering private practice, Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kevin Gross of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark
