Rebecca LaPlant

Rebecca is a Senior Associate and the Head of Facilities Management for the firm. Additionally, she fulfills the role of Office Manager for the Park Avenue office in New York City. With expertise in both areas, Rebecca plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing facilities operations at a senior level.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Rebecca managed the offices of NEX Services N.A. LLC at 4 Times Square with over 420 employees and an additional 177 employees at a satellite location. Her unique blend of leadership, vision, and experience in various business sectors, means Rebecca uses her advanced administrative skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the office. Rebecca started her career as a receptionist. While at ASA College, she worked for SEB Banken, a Nordic financial service company, as an office administrator.
