Oscar Guerrero

Oscar Guerrero is a Payroll Manager based in Austin, TX. He is a member of the Human Capital team, providing payroll leadership and oversight for semi-monthly payroll processing across 1,700+ employees in 40 states, including Workday US payroll implementation, process design, and standard operating procedures, along with year-end and quarterly tax compliance activities.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Oscar spent over four years at Dimensional Fund Advisors as a Senior Payroll Specialist, managing payrolls across APAC, EMEA, and Canada, and serving as primary liaison with external payroll vendors. Earlier in his career, he held payroll operations roles at Whole Foods Market, supporting Workday payroll implementations and processing payroll across multiple U.S. regions, Canada, and UK.
