Alia Wagenhoffer, CFP®

Alia Wagenhoffer is a Partner and Director of Business Integration. Her primary responsibility is to guide new partners and colleagues who join Cerity Partners through merger or recruiting efforts, serving as their dedicated relationship manager and helping ensure their transition is a success. She builds and implements the process behind each integration, coordinating workstreams across the firm and leading change management and communication so that every team is effectively and efficiently integrated into the Cerity Partners ecosystem.

Alia brings a rare perspective to this work. She began her career as a financial advisor, passionate about client service and financial planning, before becoming the Head of Advisory Technology at Wealthspire Advisors. Having served clients as an advisor and later built the systems advisors rely on, she understands both the business needs and the day-to-day experience behind every integration decision.

In her spare time, Alia loves to travel, averaging three international trips per year, is an avid reader of fiction novels, and is always on the hunt for great food and new restaurants.
