Kirsten Shaw, MBA

Kirsten Shaw is a Principal and Director of Operations Initiatives in the Park Avenue, New York office, where she works at the heart of the COO’s office leading some of the firm’s most complex and high-impact strategic projects. Her work spans a broad range of shared services functions including Operations, Technology, Billing, Business Intelligence, Compliance, and Real Estate, with a focus on building the infrastructure and processes that help the firm run smarter and scale effectively.

Kirsten joined Cerity Partners early in her career and has risen through the firm, developing deep institutional expertise across operations, technology, and shared services along the way. Over the years, she has led enterprise system implementations, billing platform transitions, and technology and process improvement initiatives, including AI-assisted tools where applicable, bringing both institutional knowledge and a genuine passion for operational excellence to everything she takes on.
